Speaking at NIC Islamabad

I had the pleasure of leading an incredible workshop a hands-on masterclass in design thinking and Figma , hosted at NIC Islamabad. The session was designed to bridge the gap between tools and real-world design challenges, focusing on how designers approach client projects, structure workflows, and solve problems with intent.
In the first part, we explored Figma its collaborative power and how it fits into a modern designer’s workflow.
The second half focused on design thinking, where participants engaged in game-like activities and quick design challenges. These exercises helped reveal their thought process, creativity, and problem-solving instincts.
The energy in the room was inspiring. Participants asked thoughtful questions and shared valuable perspectives, making the session truly interactive and rewarding.
Huge thanks to NIC Islamabad for the opportunity. It was an honor to share what I’ve learned and to help others embrace design as both a mindset and a purposeful craft.

Speaking at Pak-China Center

I had the opportunity to be invited by ChangeMechanics to speak at WeCon Masawat 2025, a conference specially designed to support and empower young women entrepreneurs.
The event brought together an inspiring mix of participants university students, early-stage startups, industry leaders, CEOs, businessmen, and representatives from organizations like NICIslamabad , along with many respected seniors from the ecosystem.
During my session, I shared my experience and insights with new entrepreneurs, guiding them on how to build a strong brand foundation, develop a clear brand identity, and understand the strategic thinking behind impactful design.
It was an honor to contribute to their growth and be part of an event focused on uplifting women-led ventures.

Co-Lead at Friends of Figma Islamabad

Today was one of those rare days that remind you why you started this journey in the first place. The Friends of Figma Islamabad meetup wasn’t just another design event it felt like a gathering of passionate minds, united by creativity, curiosity, and purpose.
I met founders, freelancers, CEOs, senior designers, and dreamers each carrying a story worth hearing. Everyone came with a different background, but the energy was the same: a love for creating and learning.
What stood out the most was how openly everyone shared their experiences no ego, no competition, just pure collaboration. Experts talked about their real challenges and wins, while newcomers asked questions that sparked fresh perspectives.
People even traveled from other cities just to be part of this energy and that says a lot about the power of community. It’s not just about learning Figma or mastering design tools; it’s about using design to tell stories that resonate with people, stories that move, inspire, and make a difference.
One thing that hit me deeply today:
“When you truly have passion for something, wealth naturally follows.”
